"From July 2012 until June 2014 I was the Marketing Manager at the Baton Rouge River Center. The marketing department at the River Center was very small and relied on the help of interns. During the Spring semester of 2014, I had the pleasure of having Courtney Costello as a non-paid intern.
The spring is a very busy time of year at the venue and Courtney was a tremendous help. She executed a large majority of our social media efforts for shows like Sesame Street, Cirque Du Soleil, and various Broadway performances. Courtney also assisted in our LSU Campus grassroot marketing efforts. She created clever ways to reach the students on the campus and executed the initiatives. She was willing to help at special promotional events even if they were on her off days.
